TAX NOTICE - BUSINESS LICENCES

Monday, March 2, 2026 is the deadline for renewal of business and professional licenses.

Delinquent licenses will be assessed a 10% penalty and interest.

Anyone conducting business in the City of Lexington and/or filing a Schedule C or receiving a 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC is required to obtain a business license.
